Terms and Conditions

We will require you to book a trial night for every new customer at the normal rate.

 

Once booking is confirmed and after trial night ,we will require £10 minimum or up to 25% per dog non -refundable booking Fee,

 

 Cancellation- Confirmed bookings cancelled 2 weeks before boarding, will subject to 25% cancellation charge. Within 2 weeks 50% will apply and less then a week cancellation there will be subject to the remaining full amount of boarding charge.

 

For day care please give at least 24hrs notice of cancellation. Otherwise the full fee will be charged

 

All dogs female and male have to be neutered. No entire dogs.

 

Dogs that display antisocial behaviour will not be accepted. Dogs will be dogs and can play rough so any injuries during that time, Benji’s K9 Holidays don’t accept any liability and if injured it is your responsibility.

 

Dogs who are incontinent will not be accepted.

No dogs under the dangerous dog act 1991 will not be accepted.

​

All dog must be well socialised, house trained and of good temperament.

​

All dogs must be used to children.

 

 An identity tag will be attached to your dog throughout your stay with Benji’s K9 Holidays.

We cannot accept dogs with any infectious diseases. Dogs must be vaccinated, flead and wormed.

 

 I accept BACS transfer please ask for bank details. I also accept cash.

 

Payment for Dog Boarding is due by BACS on the day before arrival

 

Payment for Day Care is due when you pick up your dog on the last day of the week.

 

If emergency contacts are used then no monies will be refunded.

 

Benji’s K9 Holidays is closed Jan 1-7th ,May 17-19th, 21 May, Aug 8th-23rd inclusive.

 

. Benjis k9 Holidays do not hold responsibility for any loss, death of my dog during my dogs stay.

 

 Benji’s K9 Holidays do not hold responsibility for any injuries to another boarder or the resident dogs by my dog, injures to a member of the public by my dog, nor will I make a claim against them
